What size trampoline should I buy for my family?
For families with children aged 2-5, a 36-inch toddler trampoline is ideal. For ages 6-12, a 12-14ft round or 10x17ft oval trampoline provides enough space. For fitness adults, a 40-inch rebounder is the standard choice.
Do your trampolines come with safety nets?
Several of our outdoor trampoline models include safety nets in the package. For models that don't, we sell universal-fit safety nets separately. All our nets are UV-resistant polyester with reinforced stitching.
How long does shipping take?
All orders ship within 48 hours from our Columbia, SC warehouse. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days to most US addresses. Shipping is free on every order with no minimum purchase.
Are these trampolines safe for outdoor use year-round?
Our outdoor trampolines feature galvanized steel frames with rust-resistant coating and UV-resistant mats. We recommend using a cover during winter months and securing with an anchor kit in windy conditions for maximum longevity.
What is the weight capacity of your rebounders?
Our fitness rebounders support 250-300 lbs depending on the model. The bungee cord systems provide smoother, quieter bounce compared to spring-loaded models, making them ideal for apartment living.
Do you charge sales tax?
No. All orders are tax-free. The price you see at checkout is the final price with no hidden fees or additional charges.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days in original condition for a full refund. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. All 50 states receive free shipping with no minimum purchase required.
How do I assemble my trampoline?
Each trampoline includes a detailed instruction manual. Assembly typically requires 1-2 people and takes 45-90 minutes depending on the model. Most models require only basic tools included in the package.
Can I track my order?
