Collective Syn offers free standard shipping on every order to all 50 United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement. Whether you order a single anchor kit or a commercial-grade water trampoline, shipping is always free.
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and federal holidays). Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location relative to our Columbia, SC warehouse. Remote locations may require additional transit time.
Large items such as full-size gymnastics trampolines, commercial water trampolines, and in-ground trampoline kits may ship via freight carrier. Freight deliveries require a scheduled delivery appointment and a signature. The carrier will contact you 24-48 hours before delivery to arrange a time.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website. For freight shipments, tracking information will include the carrier's contact details for scheduling.
We currently ship only to addresses within the 50 United States. We do not ship to international destinations, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@collectivesyn.com or +1 (803) 731-2392 with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark items delivered before actual delivery) and then contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
