We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be in original condition with all packaging, hardware, and accessories included.
To start a return, email us at support@collectivesyn.com or call +1 (803) 731-2392 with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
Items that have been assembled, used outdoors, or modified cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. PVC water trampolines that have been inflated cannot be returned due to hygiene and product integrity concerns.
If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After 12 hours, the order enters our fulfillment process and may not be cancellable. Contact us immediately at +1 (803) 731-2392 if you need to cancel.
